Your Rights Under UK Law
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel distance contracts (including online orders) within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not match the contract, you have rights to a repair, replacement, or refund (including within 30 days in many cases). We want you to be happy with your tweed and wool home accent purchases and will work with you to arrange a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with any packaging where possible. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or altered (except where the item is faulty or not as described). Please keep proof of postage when sending items back. For cancelled orders, we will refund the cost of standard delivery; we do not refund the cost of premium delivery unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Refunds will be made in pound sterling (GBP) using the same method of payment where possible. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or of you informing us of your cancellation, as required by UK law. If you prefer an exchange, let us know and we will try to arrange it subject to availability.
